The proximity to the pilgrimage district and the central location for excursions in the nearby surroundings. The friendly and helpful staff. The quiet location in the one-way street with little traffic.

the room was a nice size and with 2 single beds and tea, had everything i needed. location: the hotel was short walk to railway station, many good restaurants and tourist attractions and the main attractions. cafe cafe le geneve located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The location is fantastic, being just a short stroll to the nearby attractions. The surrounding area has a wide choice of restaurants within walking distance, very convenient.
The room could use some updates for a more comfortable stay.

good location from train station (less than 10min walk) n d grotto (5min walk)... comfort bed.. clean bathroom... good english speaking staff.. good working wifi n of course good price ;) definitely wil stay again :D

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the sanctuary and surrounded by souvenir shops, perfect for elderly guests. The room was clean and tidy, though the high bathtub could be an issue for some. Staff offered helpful service throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory, but a wider menu would have been appreciated.

We were a family of four on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. The Hotel location was perfect, walking distance to the church and to the train station. The night shift male staff was a very pleasing personality, smiling. The Room was cleaned daily, towels replaced, simply perfect.
The female staff at the reception was not too friendly probably she cannot multi-task at the same time hence seemed curt and rude.

I thought that the staff was very friendly, hospitable and helpful...the rooms were recently renovated, and sparkling clean...and the location within walking distance of The Basilica, The Grotto and about a 15 to 20 minute walk uphilll to the train station...no need to pay about 8 Euros for a taxi...and the walk is pleasant, the air fresh and mountain clean!!!
